Our Foundation provides scholarship assistance to students with disabilities who are pursuing associate, undergraduate, or graduate studies—and attending full-time education—at faculties, institutes, schools, conservatories, or vocational schools within state universities, provided they meet the candidacy and selection criteria set forth in the Regulation. In the 2026-2027 academic year, we will continue our support by selecting new scholarship recipients from among students who meet the Regulation's criteria and apply for the scholarship, in addition to our current recipients. Our scholarship announcement is issued solely to university rectorates. Therefore, rectorates are expected to inform their respective faculties, institutes, schools, and conservatories about this matter and ensure their students are notified. The TESYEV Higher Education Scholarship announcement and application form are attached. We kindly request that you: a) Reproduce the aforementioned announcement and form in sufficient quantities to distribute them to the educational institutions within your organization, and ensure your students are informed by publishing the announcement on your website and notice boards during September 2026; b) Have the scholarship applications of eligible students evaluated by the scholarship commission within the relevant institution, and forward the application forms and accompanying documents of those deemed suitable to our Foundation no later than October 28, 2026.
